Risotto is the typical Italian way of coking rice. It is diffused all over Italy but is most common in the northern part. Why is it so characteristic and differs from any other rice dish?

Risotto is creamy and is cooked in broth. In order to cook a good risotto, you need to use the right rice! Arborio rice is the one we suggest you, and it’s the most used.

You can prepare vegetable-based, meat-based or fish-based broth, depending on the kind of Risotto you are preparing. Risotto is basically a peasant dish, so it can really be prepared in many different ways!

Here a few suggestions…try your risotto at home!!

My favourite one is Risotto alla Milanese! What about yours?
