Vinitaly is the main reference event in the wine sector: the 2014 edition (the 48th) is just started in Verona.
From 6 to 9 April 2014, it welcomes more than 4 thousand exhibitors (as last year) and thousands of national and international visitors.

Vinitaly, the first exhibition in the world for the wine sector, takes places in Verona from 1977 and is part of the events organized by VeronaFiere (www.veronafiere.it). It allows oenologists a chance to shows their best labels and visitors can experience another love story in the city of Romeo and Juliet.
In addition to tastings, the program consists of seminars and competitions.
Visitors can also take a tour of wine traditions around the world, with an exhibit dedicated to the distinct wine cultures in 60 different countries.
