Summer has finished. The rhythm slows down and the remaining atmosphere invite us to pamper your family and yourself with a typical autumn recipe, isn’t it? So, we presents a simple but tasty snack: roast chestnuts!
Follow these simple steps:
Heat the oven to 200° (Chestnuts may also be roasted on the outdoor grill).
Use a sharp knife, to cut a cross into the skin of each nut. Put in a baking pan and roast for about 30 to 40 minutes, until the skins opens,  depending on size of nuts. Pay attention and shake the pan several times to rotate chestnuts so they will cook both sides.
Peel away the tough outer skin and discover the inside delightful and tender treasures!
