Bright and elegant, the Junior Suite has large windows overlooking the wonderful landscape of the sea and the coast or the small square in the centre of the Borgo. The large spaces, distributed on two levels and cleverly furnished, offer guests the right atmosphere for a holiday stay of informal luxury and comfort. Each room has a private bathroom in Orosei marble with shower and Jacuzzi.

Spacious and with attention to every detail, the Borgo Smeraldo Suite offers its guests two elegant separate areas: a large bedroom and a room with a living area.  Each room has a private bathroom in Orosei marble with shower and Jacuzzi, an ideal wellness area in which to relax and regenerate.  The Suite opens out onto a large furnished private terrace, a magical space where you can enjoy the view of the landscape and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. All Suites overlook the dreamlike panorama of the Emerald Coast sea and the Borgo's central square. 

50 sq.m. / King Size bed

The Deluxe Suites consist of two separate rooms. One includes the sleeping area with a king-size bed and the other has a bright and welcoming living area. Elegant and well-cared for, they are served by one or two Orosei marble bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi. Generous openings, protected by fresh linen curtains, give onto a large furnished private terrace. All suites offer a splendid view of the coastline, the sea and the village square.

16 sq.m. / King Size bed

Bright and welcoming, the Standard room overlooks the small square in the centre of the Borgo with large wooden windows screened by light white curtains. It welcomes guests with the warm atmosphere of the terracotta floor, the wooden furniture and the pastel colours of the bed with fabric headboard. The room has a bathroom with shower covered in Orosei marble.

Villa Fico d'India is the most panoramic of the Borgo: from the garden you can see the sea of the Costa Smeralda, the islands of Soffi and Mortorio, the village of Porto Rotondo and, to the east, a large stretch of the Gallura landscape, including the rocks of San Pantaleo to the west.

The property consists of two adjoining houses, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis and built in the characteristic style of the stazzi of Gallura, with stone and exposed wood. Each house has a cosy and panoramic covered terrace, furnished with a lounge and dining area surrounded by bougainvillea. All around is a large garden of myrtle, juniper and mastic trees with lawn and a large private heated swimming pool, with a poolside in terracotta and wood, furnished with chaise longues.

The larger house has an elegant living area with a modern and functional fully equipped kitchen. The light-coloured terracotta floors and chestnut beams with the exposed traditional roofing make the room warm and bright. The natural linen and cotton fabrics and the touches of green and grey in the furnishings and accessories create an atmosphere of luxurious Mediterranean simplicity.

The largest house has two Junior Suites with separate entrances, communicating with the living area. The rooms are elegant and bright, with attention to detail, light terracotta floors, modern design furniture in shades of grey and beds with sinuous fabric headboards. It is comfortable, with two spacious walk-in wardrobes and two Orosei marble bathrooms with large shower cubicles. 

The smaller house consists of a spacious and elegant double bedroom suite on two levels with large natural wood windows opening onto the landscape. The King Size bed, with olive green cotton headboard, dominates the room with warm oak plank flooring. Behind the bed, Orosei marble covers the whirlpool bath and the floor of a comfortable and elegant bathroom area with a large marble top with double washbasin and a shower cabin. The Suite has a large double walk-in wardrobe.

Villa Corbezzolo is the most central villa of the Borgo Smeraldo, surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean plants, with wide panoramic views of the sea and the hinterland.

The central body of the villa houses the living area, which opens out onto the garden with a covered terrace with wooden beams and exposed tiles, light terracotta flooring and furnished with a large dining table. A lawn garden surrounds the villa and the large heated swimming pool outlined by a border of local granite and light terracotta, with two large sunbathing areas furnished with elegant chaise longues. Guests can enjoy moments of relaxation, at sunset, enjoying an aperitif on the panoramic roof terrace with a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape, from the beautiful sea to the wild Gallura countryside.

The living area consists of a large and bright room communicating with a spacious and comfortable furnished kitchen and a service bathroom. The floors are in light coloured terracotta and the roof is exposed with warm chestnut wood beams. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, both in the style of the furnishings and in the colour combinations. The space is stimulating, dominated by neutral tones with touches of red and orange, with modern design furniture with essential lines and others with a refined and unique style that, like objects of art, make the living room precious and unique. 

The sleeping area consists of three double suites, one internal and two external with independent entrances. The rooms are spacious and bright, dominated by the light colours of the curtains and bedspreads in linen and cotton. The warm terracotta floors and touches of colour in the furnishings and accessories make the atmosphere warm and relaxing. All suites have comfortable walk-in wardrobes, a large bathroom in Orosei marble with a hydro-massage bath, shower cubicle and an elegant vanity area.
