Torreserena Village

Location

Surrounded by greenery, overlooking the Ionian coast in Marina di Ginosa, Torreserena Village is a modern family village located a short distance from the sea. The airports of Bari and Brindisi are about 110 km away, while the city of Taranto is about 40 km away.

Hotel

The Torreserena Village is a 4-star tourist village located directly on the sea, separated from the beach by a large pine forest. It is particularly suitable for family holidays, both for the many services it offers and for the capacity of the rooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people.

Rooms

Torreserena Village has 400 rooms, with an average distance from the sea of 700 metres. Rooms can be on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with balcony. On request and subject to availability, rooms for the disabled, communicating rooms and dog rooms are available.

Dog Room: Small dogs are allowed (maximum 10 kg and only with health certification). They will be accommodated in the garden of the Classic room, equipped with a kennel and bowls for food and water. Dogs may only circulate in the resort in reserved areas and on dedicated routes (e.g. not on the beach, restaurant, amphitheatre or piazzetta), on a leash. There is no provision of food for the dog. The number of places is limited and no other animals or dogs are allowed. Guests staying with their dog will be required to comply with the regulations sent with the booking confirmation.

Beach

The Torreserena Resort's private, sandy beach is equipped with every comfort, with completely renovated facilities: reserved beach umbrellas - larger and equipped with a safe in the first three rows, standard umbrellas in the other rows - all with two sunbeds; changing rooms and showers, bar and information desk.

The beach is connected by the free shuttle service (not equipped with a footboard for the disabled) on a round-the-clock basis (with a short stop at lunchtime) to the centre of the resort, from which it is 700 m away, which can also be covered on foot, mostly in the shade of the pine forest. Sailing and windsurfing boats (except during course times), canoes, paddle surfing and pedal boats, beach tennis court, beach volleyball court and Bluserena SeaSport facilities (some for a fee) are available to guests. The sea is shallow, with a sandy, sloping seabed, ideal for children's bathing. The characteristics of the seabed may vary over time. The resort is barrier-free. Two JOB chairs are available on the beach, specifically for bathing in the sea, and wheelchairs can be hired on request. No individual accompanying services are provided. Lifeguard assistance is guaranteed by the presence of lifeguards at the times displayed.

Animation, always present and never intrusive, will offer daily: Tai chi Stretch (new 2024), sailing and windsurfing courses (group), water aerobics, sports tournaments, group dancing.

Wellness Centre

Bluwellness is the area dedicated to those on holiday who want to treat themselves to a break dedicated to relaxation and well-being. It offers facial and body treatments, relaxing, sports and holistic massages, and customised wellness programmes (services subject to charge and available from Monday to Sunday).

Sports

The Torreserena Resort offers many opportunities for a sports, fitness and wellness holiday. For those who love fitness, in addition to the modern fitness area with assistance from qualified instructors at scheduled times, equipped with isotonic machines, dumbbells, walking mats, spinning bikes, balance boards, strength development ropes and group gymnastics, there are many other activities: Yoga, Zumba, Tai chi Stretch (new 2024), Aquagym, Nordic Walking, Latin fitness (new 2024), dance and aerobic gymnastics come together in an intense experience to the rhythm of hip-hop, samba and salsa; jump fitness, the trampoline that helps you burn calories to the beat of the music. Families

The Bluserena world of children and young people is unique and offers a great variety of services: the clubs, where children and young people can be looked after by qualified staff; the large playground; the Blu Baby Park for the little ones from 0 to 6 years old; the swimming pools with water slides, the Acqua Parks with water games; spaces dedicated to children; the presence in the resort of the mascot Serenella.

Blu Baby Park: a tailor-made playground for children from 0 to 6 years old to play in complete freedom and safety. Children, accompanied by their parents, will be able to play on slides, castles and swings, race on pedal karts on a real track, and much more. Guests of the Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA can use the Blu Baby Park at the adjacent Valentino Resort and Calanè Resort.

At the Baby Daycare, Serenino Club, SereninoPiù Club, SerenUp and SerenHappy, children and teens will be entrusted to a highly qualified entertainment staff, who will offer a rich programme of games, sports, leisure and recreational activities. All services are designed, structured and segmented according to age groups: 

• Baby Daycare: 12 - 36 months
• Serenino Club: 3 - 5 years
• SereninoPiù Club: 6 - 10 years
• SerenUp: 11 - 14 years
• SerenHappy: 14 - 17 years

Baby Kitchen: dedicated to parents (with tables, chairs and highchairs) for the feeding of babies 0-3 years old, with assistance and availability of basic products during main mealtimes: vegetable and meat broths, vegetable puree, noodles, meat slices, fish fillets, boiled ham, dairy products, fresh fruit, fresh milk, soya milk, rice milk, lactose-free milk, yoghurt, jams, tea and camomile tea, biscuits. Homogenised baby food, cheese and milk for infants, both liquid and powdered, are not available. It will also be possible to heat milk and baby food, sterilise, blend, homogenise. It is accessible from 06:00 to 00:00, during closing times you can contact the reception desk.

Baby Daycare - Nursery from 12 to 36 months

A relaxing holiday for mums and dads, while the little ones will be "cradled" by the safe arms of qualified and carefully selected nursery staff in a dedicated, equipped and air-conditioned space. The welcoming and safe Baby Daycare area - at the adjacent Calanè Resort - is child-sized, air-conditioned and offers a real programme of games and activities tailored to the little ones. The girls on staff will be playmates, delight the children with snacks and snacks, and provide naptime and nappy changes. Group outings in buggies are also planned. Parents will be provided with bibs, bottles, dummies, non-slip socks, sunscreen and nappies. Parents can participate in some of their baby's activities. The service is available, for a fee, every day except Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. from 15.07 to 07.09.2024. It is also possible to book Baby Daycare for the morning or afternoon only.

Serenino Club - Mini Club for children from 3 to 5 years of age

Qualified assistance, exclusive, safe, colourful and child-friendly environments, for a holiday with lots of sea, games, sports and creative workshops.

SereninoPiù Club - Mini Club for children from 6 to 10 years old

All the activities at the SereninoPiù Club are designed for the enjoyment of older children and, in addition to the Serenino, offers numerous activities in the name of creativity.

SerenUp - Teeny Club for 11 to 14 year olds

Sea, sport, music, challenges, workshops, for a holiday full of new stimuli and excitement, together with lots of new friends, parties and games.

SerenHappy - Junior Club for 14-17 year olds

In addition to sea and sport, the SerenHappy juniors have a programme full of activities.

Medical care:  the doctor is resident and on call 24 hours a day. Medical practice at the adjacent Valentino Resort, open at set times, morning and afternoon, with free examinations. Visits are charged at other times and outside the medical office.

Restaurant

At the Torreserena Resort you will find restaurants that were renovated in 2023, elegant, modern and welcoming, with rich, varied and quality cuisine, for a holiday of taste and comfort

The central restaurant 'Il Patio' has four air-conditioned rooms. 
In addition to the central restaurant, the Torreserena Resort offers the gourmet restaurant Il Gusto, completely renovated in 2023, open for lunch or dinner, at least 6 days a week, from 10.06 to 08.09.2024. The service is free of charge and subject to limited availability. Pensione Più customers are entitled to one access per person for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Pensione Extra customers are entitled to a maximum of two admissions per person for stays of 7 nights. When booking the Jolly Formula, unlimited access, subject to prior reservation.

Sea Box: For those who prefer to have lunch under the beach umbrella, the Sea Box is available free of charge for consumption on the beach. 

Bluserena Full Board: Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with show cooking, wine and bottled water included. One access per week at"Il Gusto"; Sea Box to consume on the beach. On the beach, one beach umbrella assigned with two sunbeds, use of beach towel from 3 years old. Use of the Baby Kitchen.

Pensione Extra: In addition to the services of the Pensione Più, at the Bar, soft drinks, draught beer, fruit juices (in 20 cl. glasses), syrups, slushies, selection of national and international spirits and super-alcohols, aperitifs and, from 19:30, selection of cocktails. During meals, beer, orangeade and coca cola on tap in 20 cl glasses. Two accesses per week at "IL Gusto".

Jolly Formula: entitles unlimited access at the gourmet restaurant "Il Gusto", subject to reservation during the stay. The formula is available from 10/6 to 8/9 and subject to limited availability.

Reservations for the Sea Box and other resort restaurants must be made for the entire room and not for individual members. 

Food intolerances

Bluserena pays special attention to the Guests' well-being both in the offer and in the correct information on allergens for each dish offered. Due to the size and organisation of the kitchens it is not possible to offer customisation of the dishes to suit individual allergies, but in all the central restaurants a basic assortment of gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free food is guaranteed (although it must be emphasised that it is not possible to guarantee, due to the structural characteristics of the kitchens, the absolute absence of contamination for any type of intolerance, except for packaged products).

Also, bar, boutique, shops, emporium, newsagent, tobacconist, travel agency for car rental and transfers, indoor parking, pram and bicycle rental. A few kilometres from the resort, "Club Metaponto" golf course and riding school.

Rules: motorised or electric vehicles are not allowed inside the resort. Individual escort services are not provided. Decent clothing is required in enclosed areas (not in costume, not without a shirt, not barefoot). Prams are not permitted in the restaurant or playing between tables.
