Location

On the west-central coast of Sardinia, the Aquae Sinis is a 4-star hotel located in Cabras, a small but important centre on the Sinis Peninsula. The town of Oristano is less than 7 km away, while the ancient city of Tharros and the beaches of San Giovanni di Sinis are approximately 12 km away. 

Hotel

The Aquae Sinis is a "albergo diffuso", whose rooms and services are divided into four different buildings located in the historic centre, close to each other.

Thermae - is the hotel's main building, where the main services are located: the reception, the wellness centre and the terrace, where the buffet breakfast is served.

Laguna - the last building added, it overlooks the popular Laguna Pontis and is located a few steps away from the main house. It is a renovated 1950s building, comprising a living room on the ground floor, five rooms (classic and superior) on the first floor, a suite and a terrace on the second floor, with a birdwatching station. Laguna is also open in winter with a self check-in service, while hotel services will not be available.

Mistras - located next to Pontis and not far from Thermae, this building features a beautiful swimming pool set in a 350 m2 garden. Mistras houses several double rooms, the Family Suite, the Romantic Suite, and a common room with a fireplace and library.

Pontis - located next to Mistras, is characterised by a fragrant 500-square-metre garden and a Turkish bath, conveniently accessible from one's room. Mistras houses classic, superior and junior suite rooms.

Rooms

The rooms, distributed among three finely renovated 17th-century residences, embody the perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Located in the heart of the historic centre of Cabras, they are a tribute to local architecture and sustainability. The Sardinian Campidanese décor, enriched by reed ceilings and hand-decorated curtains, provides a romantic and authentic atmosphere. At the same time, modern comforts such as memory foam mattresses, double pillows, LED TV, minibar and free Wi-Fi ensure a relaxing and practical stay. A charming experience, where every detail celebrates tradition and well-being.

Wellness Centre

A small refuge in the heart of Cabras, a small temple of wellbeing to devote oneself to self-care. The Aquae Sinis wellness centre can accommodate a maximum of six people and includes: a hydro-massage pool with heated water, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a Scottish shower and the chromotherapy showers. Cost: € 30.00 per person including a towel and bathrobe. On request and for a fee, there is the possibility of various types of massage.

Possibility of visiting archaeological sites and museums, birdwatching in the Dimora Laguna, wine and food tastings, trekking routes to discover the beauty of Sinis, numerous beaches nearby.

Bike Hotel - Aquae Sinis provides guests with a number of dedicated services, such as: a locked area with racks, dedicated to hotel guests and accessible from the outside; a mini-workshop for minor ordinary mechanical work; a cyclist guide for accompaniment on selected itineraries or for advice on routes to be explored independently; maps and routes of the area; agreements with workshops for any extraordinary work; a laundry service for technical clothing; balanced pre- and post-training energy menus.
