Location 

The Falkensteiner Capo Boi Resort is located a few kilometres from the lively town of Villasimius, and is surrounded by the breath-taking beaches of one of Sardinia’s most popular coasts. The resort’s privileged location, at the heart of a private bay, offers guests spectacular views of the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara. 

The Capo Boi Resort is approx. 56 km from Cagliari-Elmas Airport.

Hotel 
Enveloped in a luxuriant garden, Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi is a welcoming Mediterranean oasis nestled between the granite rocks of the countryside and the crystal-clear waters of Villasimius.

The Arabian-inspired lines that define the structure are elegantly echoed in the interiors, characterized by a fresh style and the refinement of furnishings and fabrics.

The Falkensteiner Capo Boi Resort has 120 rooms and suites spread between the main building, the “Garden” annex and the villas.

The jewel in the resort’s crown is its beautiful infinity relaxation pool located just a stone’s throw from the private beach with spectacular views over the sea opposite.

Rooms
The rooms range in size from 35 to 90 square metres and feature a fresh style. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning, LCD satellite TV and have a terrace, balcony or private garden.

The resort has rooms equipped to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
Barrier-free access to all areas of the hotel, including access to the beach and the sea.

Beach 
The beautiful private beach of fine white sand overlooked by the resort can be reached by walking through the resort garden. The beach has a shallow, sandy seabed, making it ideal for children to swim in. The beach is framed on both sides by promontories covered with vegetation.

The use of parasols and sun loungers is included in the room rate, except for the first beach row, which is chargeable and can be booked directly on site.

The Falkensteiner Capo Boi Resort provides guests with a kit, available for use free-of-charge for guests’ entire stay: bag with bathrobe, towels and slippers.

Wellness Centre 
The Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi offers guests the spacious relaxation areas and quality of the Acquapura SPA wellness centre: Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation areas, treatment rooms and a partially indoor swimming pool.

Sport
The resort offers a wide range of sporting activities, designed to satisfy every type of guest, from the most active sports enthusiasts to those simply seeking wellbeing through exercise.
Available: 2 synthetic grass tennis courts, a five-a-side football pitch, a beach volleyball area, a fully equipped fitness room, jogging trails and a sports entertainment programme.

For water sports enthusiasts, there is a partner centre that organises water sports, snorkelling, scuba diving and other sea-based experiences.

Restaurant

The Artigiani Restaurant & Terrace welcomes guests for breakfast and half-board dinner, offering dishes made with local ingredients and interpreted with creativity, in an elegant setting with indoor and outdoor spaces.
The restaurant also has a separate Falky Area, designed for the comfort of families, and offers special buffets dedicated to children, to make the dining experience enjoyable for them too.

Recently opened, the Kento BAY Restaurant & Belvedere, overlooking the sea, offers refined Mediterranean cuisine for lunch and, in the evening, surprises with an innovative gastronomic concept that combines the authentic flavours of Sardinia with the sophistication of Japanese cuisine.

Completing the offer are the Sudoki Raw Bar and more, an open-air bar serving gourmet-style Japanese tapas, and the Bottega del Gelato & Pizzeria, where you can enjoy the simple pleasure of homemade ice cream or freshly baked pizza in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

August bank holiday (Ferragosto)

For those staying on the night of 15 August, there will be a surcharge of EUR 170.00 per person from the age of 12. Children aged 3 to 11 years will pay EUR 60.00 per person. Children from 0 to 2 years of age included, will not pay.

Tourist tax – The municipality of Villasimius requires from May to October a charge of €4.00 per person per night (free for children under 10 years of age) to be paid on site.
