Location 

Only 300 meters from Metaponto Lido, the Nicolaus Club Magna Grecia boasts a prime location for visiting historical and cultural landmarks, including Matera (50 km), Taranto (50 km), and Alberobello (75 km). The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi, both about 120 km away.

Hotel

The resort offers a range of amenities, including three pools (one for children), an air-conditioned restaurant, three bars (including a beach bar with external management), and ample jogging, play, and relaxation spaces. The new playground is surrounded by a natural pine grove, perfect for little ones, along with an archery range.

Small pets are allowed (common areas excluded).

Rooms

The 170 rooms, with a simple design, are surrounded by well-tended gardens and are available in different room types:
Comfort: 2-3 beds with double/twin beds and a sofa bed;
Triple Family: double room with a single bed in a separate room;
Family Bilo: 4 beds with a double room and living area with double sofa bed;
Family Trilo: 5-6 beds with living room, double room, and twin room.
All rooms have an equipped patio, mini fridge, TV, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, telephone, and bathroom with shower.

Infant 0/1.99 years old is free of charge in bed with parents. The cot is optional (to be requested at the time of booking) and costs € 8.00 per night to be paid locally (maximum 1 cot per room).

There are 2 Comfort rooms with 2 beds and a bathroom for disabled guests and 1 Family Trilo room with 6 beds, which has 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped for disabled guests.

The Premium Package guarantees additional comfort and benefits: evening turn-down, first non-alcoholic minibar supply (2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks), daily supply of 2 bottles of water, 2 beach towels with daily change, late check-out until 12:00, a Nicolaus gadget.

Beach

The private beach, located 1500 meters away, is accessible by a free shuttle or a walk through the pine trees. Spacious and well-equipped, it offers sun umbrellas, sun loungers, showers, a snack bar, and a beach wheelchair for guests with limited mobility.
With the Club Card, guests enjoy a reserved beach space for the duration of their stay, including one umbrella and two sun loungers per room from the third row onward, while the first two rows are available upon request at an additional cost.
Beach towels can be rented with a deposit for €3 per change.

Sports

The resort is ideal for sports lovers, offering facilities for five-a-side football, archery, jogging, and padel (1 km from the property). Guests can also enjoy beach volleyball and night lighting for the football field (extra charge).

Families

For the little ones, the Nicolino Team and the friendly Mascot Nicolino will welcome children with activities and games divided by age. The Nicolino Mini Club (3-6 years old) and the Nicolino Kids Club (6-12 years old) will offer them the chance to express their talents and curiosity through creative and fun experiences, within a covered and equipped area, exploring together the fantastic world of Nicolino. Teenagers looking for new adventures will find in the Nick Club (12-15 years and 15-18 years) the ideal place to make new friends and experience dedicated moments. The entertainment team offers an innovative programme designed for teens, with theme parties, exclusive events, shows, sports activities and tournaments, always up to date with the latest social trends.

Restaurant

The air-conditioned restaurant offers a buffet service with a dedicated table for the entire stay. Weekly, two special evenings are organized: a typical Lucanian dinner and an elegant dinner.
For those who enjoy a late breakfast, the Dormiglione Corner serves American coffee and pastries from 10:00 to 11:00 at the pool bar. Health-conscious guests can enjoy the Nature and Wellness Corner, offering cookies, cakes, soy or rice milk, honey, cereals, and natural drinks upon request. Guests with dietary restrictions can find gluten-free and lactose-free options, including bread, pasta, cookies, and ice cream; please inform us of any intolerances at the time of booking.

Families are welcome to use the Nursery, a room equipped with high chairs, dishes, microwave, blender. The following are available for the little ones: vegetable broth, vegetable puree, tomato puree, an assortment of pastries, meat and fish (baby food and milk for infants, both liquid and powdered, are not provided). Opening times are during restaurant opening hours and, to facilitate service, the room will be accessible half an hour earlier.

Soft Inclusive Formula
The Soft Inclusive Formula includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks included with meals (water, wine and soft drinks on tap). At the central bar and pool bar, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., unlimited consumption of water, soft drinks (all on tap and served by the glass), iced tea in a carafe and slush, welcome cocktail on the day of arrival. The formula also includes evening ‘Aperitime’ from 19:00 to 19:30 with savoury snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
Extra charges apply for the beach bar, national and international alcoholic beverages, espresso coffee, beverages, and bottled water, ice cream, snacks, and all pre-packaged products. Anything not listed in the formula is excluded.

Services and Activities

The resort provides free Wi-Fi in common areas, parking, medical services, and a shuttle to the beach. Additional paid services include babysitting, towel rental, and a shopping bazaar. Staff are happy to recommend local tours and activities.
