The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with sofas, a TV, and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, one double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with a panoramic lounge and to the first floor, which includes two bedrooms — a double with sea view and a bunk room overlooking the pool — and a second bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa features a large private garden and a panoramic pool complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. A shaded veranda with a lounge area, an outdoor dining space, and a barbecue offer the perfect setting for al fresco dinners under the stars.
