A single room, with independent access from the garden, completes the offer. The kitchen, the beating heart of the villa, is spacious and perfectly equipped to delight the most discerning palates. With its barbecue, fireplace and direct access to the garden, it is the ideal place to prepare and enjoy traditional Italian dishes. On the main level, the living room welcomes guests with a large corner sofa, TV, fireplace and fine wood furniture, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.
