Housed in a former 17th-century convent and rural hamlet, the hotel is now a refined Ecoresort and Holistic Centre that embraces the principles of green building and sustainable architecture. The estate spans 26 hectares of unspoiled nature, including ancient olive groves, cultivated fields and mature woodland.
