The Masseria Torre del Diamante is set amidst the centuries’ old olive groves of Fasano, just a few miles from the main attractions of the Valle d’Itria and the beautiful stretch of coastline running between Ostuni and Monopoli.

Hotel
Torre del Diamante is a welcoming farmhouse which fits naturally into the beautiful countryside round Fasano. It offers guests an authentic rural experience with a relaxing atmosphere and unobtrusive style, bewitching flavours and stylish simplicity. The inner rooms have large windows and silent courtyards giving onto a splendid garden, where majestic olive trees stand amidst the gleaming white of the Trani stone.

Rooms
Born from restoration of the former stables, the 28 rooms are a stylish expression of local architecture, dominated by simple lines and delicate colour schemes. With attention paid to every detail and with all mod cons, the rooms have French windows leading to private terraces furnished with chairs and coffee table.

Tourist tax: € 2,50 per person/night.

Restaurant
The Greco Nero’s dining room has a stylishly simple décor and offers a view of the olive grove through its large windows interrupted only by white stone columns. The restaurant brings to the table dishes inspired by traditional recipes from Puglia, all based on the superb quality of local products, which form its highlights. Breakfast is served in the form of a well-stocked buffet with hot beverages à la carte and extra dishes on request. For dinner, the half-board formula offers an à la carte service, with a choice of two starters, plus first course, second course and dessert or fruit.

Servicies & Activities
Courteous and highly professional, the staff will make your stay pleasurable and is able to provide all the information you need to discover the surrounding territory. Guests have free use of the pool and external and internal relaxation areas.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas. Services with payment of a supplement include breakfast in your room, beach towels (10 € per week), massages and beauty treatments.

Dogs are allowed upon request:

- Small dogs are only allowed in Suite and Superior rooms. 
- Large dogs are only allowed in Suite rooms (the following are not accepted: Maremma Sheepdog, Saint Bernard dog, Caucasian shepherd dog.
- A supplement of € 60,00 is charged for final cleaning.
- Check-out is required by 9.30 am.

Dog owners must read and accept a set of rules before arrival, which foresees penalties in case of non-compliance with the rules.
