In the centre of San Teodoro you can find all the necessary services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlours, pastry shops, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, pharmacies, doctor's shops, piano bars, discos, boat hire, etc..

Beach

The nearest beach to the residence is the famous beach of La Cinta, located at a distance that can vary from 300m to 700m. The sand of La Cinta is white and fine and borders a sea of extraordinary transparencies. The seabed, sloping slowly, allows safe bathing even for children. On the beach you can rent sunbeds and practice all the beach sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, etc..

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE
- Forfait services (compulsory over 2 years): euro 35 per person per week for electricity/water/gas consumption and final cleaning (excluding kitchenette by the customer or with supplement of euro 25);
- For bookings of only one week for 2 people in the flat the service fee is euro 105.
- Deposit: euro 150 per flat. 

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE (to be requested at the time of booking):
- Bed linen: euro 10 per person per week;
- Bath linen: euro 10 per person per week;
- Cot: free of charge.
