Hotel

Mangia's Club Resort Torre del Barone consists of 1 Resort and 3 Club, a thermal centre with SPA and numerous sports facilities. Surrounded by pine trees, centuries-old olive trees and bougainvillea, the park is characterised by a succession of beautiful golden sandy beaches.

Rooms

The resort has 231 modernly furnished rooms, spread over the 5 floors of the building (equipped with lifts) and featuring terraces with sea views. All have a private bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Prestige Resort Package Supplement: optional, to be requested and purchased at the time of booking, includes: early check-in and late check-out; water, dried fruit and prosecco in the room; 1 Mangia's gadget; 1 aperitif for two; 10% discount on Discovery. Cost: € 130.00 per room, per week.

Beach

The beach, characterised by fine white sand, can be reached by following the paths that wind through the Mediterranean maquis, leading down to the sea. Alternatively, the shuttle service can be used, which is provided by a small train (the stop is right in front of the resort). Beach service is available from May to September, with deckchairs and umbrellas (the first and second rows are charged for).

Wellness Centre

Far away from the hustle and bustle, the SPA & Wellness centre offers an indoor thermal water pool, naturally heated to 28°; hammam and whirlpool bath; various types of treatments are also available.

Sport

The following facilities are available: tennis courts, bowling, wind-surfing, sailing, five-a-side football, mini-golf, archery, canoes, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and padel.

Restaurant

The restaurant included in the resort formula is the Perseo buffet restaurant, which offers a wide choice of dishes ranging from national to international cuisine.

For a fee and by reservation, it is also possible to choose from the following: Donna Floriana Bistrot, where guests can enjoy excellent Sicilian seafood recipes, reinterpreted in a modern key; Al Grano Pizzeria, which offers an à la carte menu and is only open for dinner; Crudo Cocktail & Raw bar, a lounge bar with a panoramic sea-view terrace.

The hotel's restaurants are not equipped to cook gluten-free dishes and no guarantee can be given that the dishes on offer will not be contaminated. However, the staff is available to cater for guests' needs (please mention this when booking).

Outdoor car park, two bars and a beach bar, entertainment service, disco, medical service (extra charge, on call), boutique/bazaar, beach towels included, Wi-Fi, excursion office, car rental, photographer. A public shuttle to Sciacca is also available.

Children can take part in the dedicated entertainment programme, which is divided into age groups: there is a Kids Club, Junior & Teen Club. There is also an outdoor area surrounded by greenery, with slides and swings.

Pets are allowed on request, to be made at the time of booking and subject to reconfirmation (vaccination papers must be brought - they are not allowed in the restaurant, bars and swimming pool). Maximum 10 kg, €20 per day, which includes a welcome kit (two bowls and a game). On request, a small enclosure can be placed outside the room.
