Villa Melograno

Arranged over two levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering spacious interiors filled with natural light. The ground floor features an elegant living area with lounge, dining space and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and hosts five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, some of which are en suite. Carefully designed interiors open onto panoramic terraces, offering pleasant views over the sea and the surrounding hills.

Outdoor areas include a well-maintained private garden, an infinity pool with furnished sunbathing area, and a tastefully appointed veranda, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.

The property is further complemented by two reserved parking spaces, independent access and a peaceful, private atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for an exclusive holiday in one of Sardinia’s most charming areas.

The surrounding landscape alternates stretches of fine white sand beaches with ancient oak forests, leading up to the impressive mountainous profile of the Sette Fratelli natural reserve, an ideal setting for hiking and outdoor activities.

Important notice: In case the kitchen and/or dishes are not properly cleaned, a penalty of €40.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Failure to dispose of waste will result in a €100.00 penalty deducted from the deposit.

Mandatory service fee – €500.00:
- Bed and bath linen rental
- Beach towels (beach service not included)
- Final cleaning of the villa

Housekeeping service available on request, including additional cleaning and full linen change (bedrooms, bathrooms and beach towels)

A refundable security deposit of €1,500.00 is required, payable by credit card at check-in. The deposit will be returned at departure, subject to inspection of the property.

The Municipality of Castiadas applies a tourist tax, payable locally for stays from 1 June to 30 September, amounting to €1.00 per person per night (children under 10 years of age are exempt).

Pets are not allowed.

Check-out: by 10:00 am

Important information: As this is a private property and not a hotel, a 24-hour reception service is not available. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Any requests for early or late check-in or check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a short-term tourist rental agreement.
