How to tempt your sweetie with the best Italian Tiramisù!

Not only to make your dolce metà fall deeper in love, but also to surprise him/her preparing the best dessert in the world... Aiming at this goal is easy, all the world love Tiramisù and actually, is quite easy to prepare this typical Italian dessert.

Recipe for 2
For the base of the semifreddo
2 cups of espresso coffee, approximately 250 ml (if you like add a little Marsala wine or Brandy)
? teaspons of sugar
180 g savoiardi cookies, approximately 25
Unsweetened cocoa powder

For the mascarpone cream
3 eggs
3 soupspons of sugar
250 g mascarpone cheese at room temperature

Directions
Prepare a strong espresso coffee and ad the sugar (mix also the Marsala/Brandy).
Dip the Savoiardi in the coffee mixture and soak them in both sides. Place the dipped cookies in a oven dish.
Take 2 bowls and separate the yolks and whites of the eggs. Whisk the whites until stiff while beat the yolks whit the sugar for about 10 minutes. Add the mascarpone to the yolk mixture, stir and finally, add the stiffed whites.
Top the savoiardi with the cream and sprinkle with cocoa power. Arrange a second layer of cookies, cream and cocoa.
Chill for up 1:30 hour before serving.

The Tiramisù is served and your honey conquered!
