The flats of the Case Vacanze i Fenicotteri are located in the lively village of San Teodoro and are part of residential complexes that group a few units, located on the ground or first floor.

The flats are furnished with care, have garden and veranda if on the ground floor and veranda if on the first floor, always equipped with table and chairs to eat quietly outdoors.

Two-room flat 2

The flat, which can accommodate two people, consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs.

Two-roomed flat 4

Accommodation for 4 people composed of living room with kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils and double or double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and equipped veranda.

Three-roomed apartment 4

Flat composed of living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two low beds, bathroom with shower, equipped outdoor veranda. It can accommodate 4 people.

Three-roomed flat 6

Flat composed of a living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom furnished with two low beds, bathroom with shower and equipped outdoor veranda.

Beach

It will be possible to have fun practicing different water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing but also enjoy a quiet day of relaxation by renting sunbeds and umbrellas.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:
- Forfait services (over 2 years old): Euro 35 per person per week for on-site assistance, electricity/water/gas consumption and final cleaning. The cleaning of the kitchenette is charged to the customer, otherwise an extra charge of 25 Euro will be applied;
- For bookings of only one week for 2 people in the flat the service fee is Euro 105.
- Deposit: Euro 150 per flat.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO PAY RENTAL: (to be reported at the time of booking)
- Bed linen: Euro 10.00 per person/week
- Bathroom linen: Euro 10.00 per person/week
- Cot: free.
