Casa Respiro

Casa Respiro is located within the Cava d'Ispica reserve, a short distance from Modica. It is a typical rural house immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and wild herbs, from which you can directly access the natural park. 

The house is about 100 square metres. It is surrounded by 3,600 square metres of land and has pleasant outdoor spaces, including an 8x3 m. swimming pool, ideal for peaceful moments of relaxation and to fully experience the relationship with nature.

The property has a double gate at the entrance, from which there is access to a shady car park.

The main body of Casa Respiro includes a living-kitchen area, two bedrooms (one with the possibility of an extra bed, the other with the possibility of a double bed or single beds + a possible sofa bed) and two bathrooms.

In the adjacent building there is a third bedroom with a private bathroom (with the possibility of an extra bed).
