Just 20 km from Syracuse, Villa Res is located in the beach town Fontane Bianche, a well-known tourist destination of southern-east Sicily. It is a good starting point to access the several historical and archaeological beauties of the area.

The seafront Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and has direct access to the beach and the crystal-clear sea.

On the ground floor you can find a double room, a dining room and a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, an office with sofa bed, 2 shower bathrooms, a laundry, veranda and terraces. Outdoor, a kitchen with BBQ, swimming pool and solarium.
