Masseria Luci Piccolo

Masseria Luci Piccolo is located 100 meters from the main road, near the town of Maglie, in the heart of Salento. It is located within a land of about 10 hectares with olive groves, citrus groves and a cultivation field not far away. It consists of three bedrooms with private bathroom (shower) and a living room with kitchen and can accommodate up to six people.

The Masseria is divided into two blocks, with an arcade in the middle. 

The interiors are furnished with care, respecting the historicity of the building, with elements of tradition mixed with modern comforts and amenities. 

The building on the left was recently renovated and houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The building on the right opens with a lounge area with TV, fireplace and seating for six people leads to a smaller dining room, which includes a small room with fully equipped kitchen. The dining room also leads to the backyard, where the swimming pool (11.5 m x 6 m, depth 1.48), the outdoor dining table and the barbecue are located. There is also another dining room with glass table, wicker chairs, fridge and freezer.

Services and equipment: parking, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, barbecue, hairdryer, rooms with shower.

In the kitchen: dishwasher, coffee machine, moka, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery.

- Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi connection is not high quality, but it is sufficient to check your emails and keep in touch with the rest of the world, while you enjoy the peace and quiet of your villa).
