Cozy studio apartment of about 40 m2 located in Stampace, one of the four historical medieval quarters of Cagliari. The district, located in the city centre, is home to churches and places to visit, as well as one of the busiest streets of the city, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, which is its beating heart. The railway station is 1.2 km away and can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by public transport.
Wendy's Apartment is structured on two levels, and is suitable for two adults plus one child over 12 years of age. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
The apartment opens with an entrance/living room with sofa bed, dining table, small separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, utility room and small laundry area. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, partially exposed, which houses a double bed and a wardrobe.
Despite its central location, the house is very quiet and bright thanks to the presence of darkened windows and French doors.
